Undergraduate Internship

The undergraduate internship at NXC starts with your meta-presentation on your selected research topic.

Refer to the process below to prepare your meta-presentation. Spending 3-6 months for the internship before applying for the graduate program is highly recommended

1) Contact Prof. Lee (kyunghanlee@snu.ac.kr) with your transcript and CV (or a short introduction of yourself).

2) Choose 3 papers (at least 2 papers from ACM conferences) of your interest from this Paper Reading List and get Prof. Lee's approval on your selection at your earliest convenience.

3) Prepare a meta-presentation in PPT that consists of several pages of motivation, several pages (up to 10) of summary for those 3 selected papers, and about 10 pages of your research plan (what you think it is valuable to do and what you expect to achieve in the direction of this research topic).

4) Contact the NXC lab. head, Shinik Park (shinikpark@snu.ac.kr) to arrange a date for your presentation at your earliest convenience. Your internship starts on this day and a monthly stipend will be provided. (We have three groups in NXC: 1) 6G, 2) XR/Metaverse, 3) Networked and Mobile Computing. Your presentation will be assigned to one of those group seminars.)

5) Continue to develop what you proposed in the meta-presentation or Find another topic in the same way for further development.
