We envision and aim at realizing the future of networked computing and AI through working on broad research topics such as 6G cellular architecture design with Performance Guarantee, AI Factory and data center design with high-performance networking, Knowledge-based reasoning (generative decision making) with transformers, Networking with/for AI (including reinforcement learning), Computerized Network (Network-as-a-Computer), AI-based image/video/data encoding, Internet of Things, and Semantic Communications.

[2023.08.16] ORIA (Open RAN Industrial Alliance) of Korea has been launched with the support of the Korean government and major networking service and equipment companies in Korea. Prof. Lee will serve as the chair of the softwarization committee in ORIA.
